Next Meeting -Thursday, February 16 at 7:30 @ South Forty

ATTENDANCE IS IMPORTANT

The Early Bird BBQ and Drawing will be held on February 18 @ the South Forty. We need volunteers for the BBQ to include set up, serving, ticket taking, deliveries of dinners, etc. on both Friday the 17 and Saturday the 18. We will be setting up a schedule of volunteers, who is doing what and so on. If you can volunteer either day to help and can’t attend the meeting or if you need ticket info please contact JoAnn Mulcahey @ 343-0795, Melissa Williams @ 947-6311. To be eligible for the Early Bird raffle, your tickets need to be in by February 14, 2006.

Events

February 11 -6 th Annual Great Eastern Whiteout at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park in Weedsport. This is a non-profit event and every year our goal is to raise money for the children’s hospital and the

B.O.C.E.S. scholarship. The Sunday following the show we have a Vintage trail ride with weather permitting. We ride about 15 miles by trail to grab some lunch and back again. It is a great time had by all. People will be coming from 11 neighboring states and 4 provinces in Canada. For more information contact: Skidoo72@twcny.rr.com Joe Raechal, Show Coordinator.
